Les Voies staff and students are divided into 4 House Teams which are all named after local lighthouses. ​

The teams are carefully co-ordinated with a range of age groups between the teams. This allows the students to communicate and get to know others within the school they may not often work with.​ Once a term there is a whole school activity which staff and students participate in. The aim of these activities are to promote teamwork, co-operation, resilience and creativity amongst the pupils, as well as promote a sense of community within the school. Tower and Viking ship building; tug-of-war; scavenger hunts in Herm and logic puzzles are all examples of different activities that have been completed by the house teams.
