At KS3, students undertake a themed curriculum where all students follow a similar topic in other subject areas.

History

In History, students focus on understanding chronology and cause and consequence for ancient civilisations, all the way through to modern history. Students will also focus on historical interpretations and evidence which will give them practical skills when facing social media and fake news.

Geography 

In Geography, students learn about map skills, other countries, physical geography across the globe and how Guernsey compares to other places. In addition, they learn about human geography which focuses on how we can improve the areas we live in. This will allow students to have a strong understanding of the world around them, different cultures and provide them with invaluable skills in modern-day life.
