In Outdoor Education, we aim to give students the opportunity to try a variety of outdoor and adventurous activities throughout the school year that they may not previously have had access to.

In KS2 and KS3, students explore the island and enjoy the outdoors with team-building games and class-wide challenges across Guernsey. They take part in geocaching, bushcraft (which includes fire building and den making), as well as indoor wall climbing and archery.

Over the course of the academic year, our KS4 students complete the 'Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award'. This year they have been volunteering for Pick It Up Guernsey by collecting litter from various outdoor locations across the island. Students have also been completing their power-boating award with the Guernsey Sailing Trust.

Students at Les Voies have also had the opportunity to enjoy kayaking, coasteering, paddle boarding and abseiling with Outdoor Guernsey.
