At Les Voies School students work towards a 'Level 2 ABC Award', in KS4 photography. 

Students participate in a dozen or more on-location shoots every year where they are exposed to the many terms and techniques surrounding ‘painting with light’ with digital SLR cameras.  The best images from the many contact sheets and cropped final pieces will be entered into the Eisteddfod 2020, where we are looking to place among the many fine examples the island puts up each year.

Photography offers unique opportunities to those students who are normally hesitant about making art. One-to-one support as well the chance to work independently allows all students studying the course to work to their full creative potential.
